Garments (CEO Ho-Jun Hwang, Jong-Hyuk Ahn), a modern vintage casual brand ‘FrizmWORKS’, will hold a virtual exhibition in the second half of this year.
At the time of planning this exhibition, it was planned to be conducted as an offline event, but it changed its direction considering the current social distancing protocol due to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic.
The virtual exhibition will be held in conjunction with the 3D virtual exhibition platform “VEHINDESIGN”. After simply connecting with a smartphone, you can check the displayed products in 3D and VR. It can be easily shared via messenger applications such as ‘KakaoTalk’, providing excellent user accessibility.
‘FrizmWORKS’ plans to showcase products that have collaborated with each of the 10 brands at the 10th anniversary of the brand launch at this virtual exhibition. Participating brands include Romantic Crown and St. Payne.
Rather than aiming at sales, the focus is on enjoying new attempts with collaborative brands and customers.
The company plans to ease the burden of the brand by purchasing and selling collaborative products. Jong-hyuk Ahn, CEO of the company, said, “Virtual exhibitions have been common in other fields, but it is a new attempt in the fashion industry. In the future, a new type of clothing exhibition will be seen through offline 3D VR.”
